One project and one team, from idea to harvest
A turnkey greenhouse means that the design, engineering, structure, equipment selection, heating, climate control, irrigation, automation and on-site installation of a greenhouse investment are managed as a single project. Instead of dealing with a separate supplier and installer for each system, the investor works with one contact.
At Agroteknik we design the structure, energy management and automation of the greenhouse not as separate parts but as one system that works together. The result: fewer surprises, a better-controlled investment and a more balanced growing environment from the first season.
- Greenhouse design and engineering

New generationContainer Greenhouse
Container farming systems with integrated climate control and automation for year-round production in a small, controlled space.
Learn moreThe right greenhouse type for your project
The right type depends on the crop, the local climate and your investment budget. We weigh up the options, with their pros and cons, during the design stage.
Glass greenhouse
High light transmission and a long service life. Preferred for high-tech commercial greenhouses with year-round production; the initial investment is higher.
Polycarbonate greenhouse
Twin-wall panels give good thermal insulation and impact resistance, and help to reduce heating costs in cold regions.
Plastic (PE film) greenhouse
Quick installation with a lower initial investment. Heat loss can be reduced with an inflated double-layer film; the film is replaced at intervals.
Container and closed systems
Controlled production with artificial lighting, independent of the outdoor climate. A compact solution for year-round harvests in a small space.

Dağdelen systems for climate and irrigation automation
We install climate control and irrigation-fertigation automation in our greenhouses with Dağdelen systems. As an authorized dealer, we handle supply, installation, commissioning, training and service from a single source.

We plan each greenhouse for the climate of its location and take on international projects on a project basis.
After-sales service
Support and service after handover keep your greenhouse productive for many years.
What to consider when building a greenhouse
A greenhouse’s productivity is decided by the choices made in the very first drawing. These are the main points we assess with you during the design stage:
- Soilless (hydroponic) vegetable production
- Soil-based production
- Seedling production
- Cut flowers and ornamentals
- Container and vertical farming
-
A sound site and climate analysis
Sun exposure, the prevailing wind direction, snow load and the water source determine the location and type of the greenhouse.
-
A structure designed for the loads
Span, height and covering must be calculated for the wind and snow loads of the region.
-
An energy and heating strategy
Heating is one of the largest operating costs, so the system must be chosen correctly from day one.
-
Water and nutrient management
Irrigation and fertigation should be measurable and repeatable according to the crop’s needs.
-
Measurable automation
Climate and irrigation control based on sensor data increases productivity and reduces crop losses.
A greenhouse is designed around the crop it will grow
Every crop has different needs for light, temperature, humidity and water. Every decision, from the greenhouse height to the irrigation system, is based on these needs.
-
Tomatoes, peppers, aubergines
Tall greenhouses, strong ventilation and balanced climate control throughout a long season.
-
Cucumbers
Climate control suited to high humidity and temperature needs, with precise irrigation.
-
Strawberries
Soilless troughs or hanging systems and management of the root-zone temperature.
-
Lettuce and leafy greens
Short cycles with hydroponic systems and regular harvests all year round.
-
Seedling production
Even growth thanks to a uniform climate, fogging and precise irrigation.
-
Cut flowers and ornamentals
Light and screen management with tight temperature and humidity control.

What determines the cost of a turnkey greenhouse?
The cost of a greenhouse cannot be calculated accurately with a single price per square metre; two greenhouses of the same size can need very different budgets depending on the systems chosen. The final price is set in a quote prepared after the site assessment and preliminary design.
We define the scope together at the quotation stage, so you can see exactly what you are investing in and how each option affects the budget.

Frequently asked questions about turnkey greenhouses
If your question is not answered here, call us and we will answer it for your project.
What is a turnkey greenhouse?
A turnkey greenhouse means that the design, structure, heating, climate control, irrigation, fertigation and automation systems and the on-site installation are carried out as one project with a single contact. The investor receives the greenhouse ready for production.
Who installs the greenhouse?
Agroteknik installs with its own field team. The structure, technical equipment and automation systems are commissioned by the same team so that they work together.
Where do you work?
Agroteknik works on turnkey greenhouse projects across Türkiye and takes on international projects on a project basis. The climate conditions and the wind and snow loads of the site are assessed separately at the design stage.
Do you provide support after installation?
Yes. After handover we provide after-sales support and service, and training on how to use the automation systems.
Which systems do you use for greenhouse automation?
Agroteknik is an authorized dealer of Dağdelen greenhouse automation systems. Climate control and irrigation and fertigation automation are installed with these systems and can be monitored and controlled remotely over the internet.
Which type of greenhouse is right for me?
It depends on your crop, your local climate and your budget. Glass greenhouses offer high light transmission and a long life, polycarbonate greenhouses good thermal insulation, and plastic film greenhouses a lower initial investment. We make the right choice together at the design stage.
What should I look for when choosing land for a greenhouse?
Choose land that gets sun all day, is sheltered from the prevailing wind, is flat or gently sloping and well drained, and is close to water, electricity and road access. These points are examined on site during the site assessment.
How are soilless greenhouses planned?
In soilless growing, irrigation and fertigation automation, drainage monitoring and climate control are planned together. The nutrient solution is managed by its EC and pH values, which is why automation is the basis of yield in soilless greenhouses.
How does greenhouse automation affect yield?
Climate and irrigation control based on sensor data keeps the conditions the plant needs stable day and night. Because sudden changes in climate are responded to immediately, crop losses fall and production becomes more predictable.
What does the cost of a turnkey greenhouse depend on?
The cost depends on the greenhouse area and type, the structure and covering, the crop, the local climate, the heating demand and the scope of automation. The final price is set in the quote prepared after the site assessment and preliminary design.
